Clover

Clover makes the fabric clips most other clips are copying. The spring is the difference: cheap clips lose tension and start dropping off a seam within a year. The flat base matters too — a clip that sits proud lifts the fabric as it approaches the presser foot.

In short. More expensive than the generic version, and the failure mode of the generic version is real.
