If something on this site is wrong — a specification, a price band, a claim about how a machine works — tell us. We will check it, fix it, and note what changed on the page. This is the most useful message you can send us and it goes to the front of the queue.
Questions about equipment
We read them all and answer what we can. If a question comes up more than a few times it usually becomes a page, which helps more people than a reply would.
Brands and PR
We are happy to receive technical information, specifications and corrections from manufacturers. To be clear about what we will not do: we do not accept payment for coverage, we do not guarantee a review in exchange for a sample, and we do not run sponsored posts. Sending a product does not buy a position in a ranking, and pitches offering one will not get a reply.

Please do not send us anything confidential. This is an editorial site, not a service provider, and we cannot handle warranty claims, repairs or orders — those go to the retailer you bought from.
