What we verified. B01E54NNSC designates this machine on amazon.com. We
searched amazon.de, .fr, .it, .es and .co.uk for it and found nothing. One
market out of six, and that is the most important fact on this page: for most
readers of this site, this machine is not straightforwardly available.
What Brother states. Thirty-seven built-in stitches and six presser feet included, on a machine badged Strong and Tough — Brother’s name for its heavy-duty line. The listing does not publish a motor rating, a stitch speed or a weight.
Why we publish a page for a machine you may not be able to buy. Because the absence is itself the answer. The ST371HD comes up constantly in English-language recommendations, most of which are written for an American audience and none of which mention that it is not sold in Europe. You would be buying a machine built for 120 V supply. A transformer will run it, but you are then dependent on one, the warranty will not travel, and no European dealer stocks the parts. For a machine you expect to keep for a decade that is a poor trade. If you are in Europe, the Singer Heavy Duty range and the Janome HD3000 cover the same ground and are actually sold here.
Because feet bought separately cost a meaningful fraction of a machine at this level, and the ones that come in the box are usually the ones you need: zipper, buttonhole, blind hem, overcasting. It is one of the few bundled extras that is not padding.
