What we verified. The reference B073RVXXP9 designates a Juki HZL-DX7
quilting package on amazon.de and amazon.com, confirmed on the barcode. The
British store carries the machine on its own under a separate reference,
B01LNIM1KO. On amazon.fr, .it and .es we found nothing for this model — three
of the six markets we checked are empty, and readers there will get a search
rather than a product page.
What the listings state. The German and American pages describe a computerised quilting package. The British page names an automatic thread cutter and an included foot control, and describes the body as metal. No page publishes a stitch count or a weight.
Read the box contents before you order. Two of the three live links on this page are for the quilting package and one is for the bare machine. That is not a detail: it changes what arrives. We have labelled which is which in the specification table above rather than leaving you to discover it at the checkout.

Not quite, and that distinction matters. The German and American reference is a quilting package — the machine together with a quilting kit. The British reference is the machine on its own. Same model, different contents in the box. We have labelled each link accordingly rather than presenting them as interchangeable.
Juki builds industrial sewing machines, and its domestic line borrows from that engineering rather than from a consumer product roadmap. In practice that shows up as feed quality and as behaviour under load. It does not show up as features, and Juki machines usually look sparse next to a similarly priced Brother.
