What we verified. The reference B00Q6FGYDU designates this pack on all six Amazon stores we checked, confirmed on EAN. The German listing reads “Leder LL”, the French one “Cuir LL” — same article, same identifier.

What a cutting point buys you. Leather is a sheet, not a weave. A standard needle punches a round hole and the surrounding material tears outward from it, which is how a seam in leather fails. The wedge grinding on an LL needle makes a clean slit that closes back around the thread.

Where it must not go. Anywhere near woven or knitted cloth. A cutting point severs the threads it meets, so a leather needle used on a cotton lining leaves a row of tiny cuts along the seam that will open under load. Change the needle when you change from the leather to the lining, every time.
