Bernette's 2/3/4-thread overlocker with differential feed. Available on all six markets — under three different Amazon references, which is the thing to know before you follow a link.
The bottom line A sound entry overlocker from a brand with a service network behind it. Check you are on your own country's reference.

What we verified. Three separate references, all confirmed. B07BHNXJGC
covers Germany, France, Italy and Spain, confirmed on EAN. The United Kingdom
carries its own reference, B0746QNV63, listed as “Bernina Bernette B44
Overlocker Machine”. The United States carries a third, B09NF4ZPGM, whose
title states 2/3/4-thread capability and differential feed.
A quirk of the German listing worth naming. Amazon files B07BHNXJGC
under sewing machine spare parts and accessories rather than under overlockers.
The title and the product description are unambiguous — it is the machine — but
the mis-filing means the listing does not appear where a shopper would browse
for it. We flag it because the same mis-filing is what makes accessory listings
surface in machine searches, and here it works in the other direction.
What Bernette states. Very little on the European listing: that it cuts and sews, and a reference to cover stitch capability that we could not corroborate and are therefore not repeating as a specification. The American listing is more forthcoming, stating two, three or four threads and differential feed.
Where we would look before buying. The stated maximum speed and the threading arrangement for the lower looper, neither published here.

Because it is distributed by different importers, and each one creates its own catalogue entry. It matters more than it sounds: Amazon pays commission only on the exact reference shown on the page you linked to, and a European reference opened on amazon.com resolves to nothing. It also means a link a friend sends you from another country may simply not work.
Bernette is Bernina's value brand. The machines are designed under the same roof but built to a different price, and the marketing carries the association deliberately. What you can rely on is the dealer network: Bernina dealers generally service Bernette, which is worth real money on a machine with loopers.
